During the first week of service with Pacific Home Care, there are no mileage fees for caregiver transportation up to 15 miles. This means your loved one can rely on us for errands, medical appointments, or local transportation without any additional mileage cost during this initial period. After the first week, standard mileage rates will apply for driving services. This policy reflects our commitment to providing compassionate and transparent care while helping families manage transportation needs efficiently.

We prioritize consistency and strive to match each client with a dedicated caregiver. In cases where extended or daily coverage requires multiple caregivers, we assign a primary care team to ensure familiar, comfortable, and reliable support.

Yes, we require a 1-week security deposit prior to starting care services. Detailed terms and billing schedules are reviewed transparently during your initial consultation.
